Do you have trouble relaxing? Would you like to learn several different methods to help you relax? Dennis Baker, MA, LMHC will lead a workshop covering a series of six relaxation methods. Based on the program developed by the Roosevelt University Mindfulness Initiative the workshop is intended to help people explore which methods work best for them. Participants will learn about and practice deep breathing, gentle stretching, progressive muscle relaxation, imagery, autogenics, and meditation/mindfulness. This workshop is open to teens and adults 16 and older. No registration is necessary.
